We provide hands-on training and essential workplace skills like teamwork and problem-solving to ensure long-term readiness. By connecting talented individuals with meaningful professional opportunities, we empower our workforce and build a more resilient community for everyone involved.

Building skills for lasting careers.
All Walks of Knife is excited to launch its first two programs - the Highland Park Professional Pathways and the Highland Park Kitchen.
Through the Pathways, program participants learn how to navigate a professional workplace. In the kitchen, participants gain full restaurant experience - front & back of house, and office operations!
